My friends, family, and several people that I only really know over the internet can all attest to the fact that I am obsessed with poutine. I'm obsessed with the melted cheese cascading over crispy fries and smothered in a variety of sauces. And while I believe that there many different and valid ways to make a poutine, there are too many people out there who are doing it wrong. Thus began my quest to find the best poutine in the nation and beyond. I'm here to sort through the noise and find the best poutines so you don't have to. Which restaurant has the crispiest fries? The curdiest cheese? The most exciting toppings? The most beautiful presentation? All of these are important elements, and I feel strongly that good poutine should be rewarded, while bad poutine needs to be publicly berated.
